The District’s lobby will be closed to the public from March 16th through May 3rd. We will re-open on April 1st (we will let you know if this changes). The office will be fully staffed, and customers will be able to drop off payments in the payment box, pay by phone, or pay by mail. The District apologizes for any inconvenience, but due to the escalating risk associated with COVID-19 disease, the District’s priority is to protect the health of staff in order to maintain full operation of the transmission and distribution of drinking water to everyone. After reviewing guidance from public health experts, District staff determined that limiting person-to-person contact is an effective strategy for reducing the risk of contamination.
